As a ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) I have attended an extensive training program specializing in the preparation of homes for sale. I am also an interior designer and a professional organizer which brings to you an added set of unique skills to help you put your home above all the rest. I start with a 2 hour consultation which includes educating my clients all about staging. An analysis of the property will be done outside and inside room by room. A report will be written for you. I will make recommendations to help sell your house faster and maximize property appeal. We also offer custom hands on staging for the home owner who wants a STAGED HOME but would rather leave it to us, the experts. We will make a transformation by decluttering, accessorizing, furniture re-arrangement, etc. using mostly what you already have. We also rent furniture including props, area rugs, accessories, etc. for the vacant home or builders' spec house. We will play up the positive, downplay the negative, and arrange the furnishings to impact buyers the minute they walk through the door. It is the little cosmetic changes that will catch the buyer's attention appealing to their emotions and leading to an offer. Paying attention to details is a must.
